I tried to put a link on for you all but the system wont allow me to. The easiest way I can advise you therefrore, is go onto google and enter 'olympic torch nominations'.
The three sponsors mentioned above will be the first three options that appear. I have'nt looked at them all but the Samsung one looks simple enough to use.
You will need to know the nominee's email address though (of which I dont know).
